ADAPTIVE REUSE AND URBAN REGENERATION
The project originates from the redevelopment of a former military area transformed into a new sustainable district focused on quality of life. The masterplan integrates residential buildings and public spaces through modern volumes featuring green roofs and large glazed surfaces, promoting energy efficiency, landscape continuity, and natural daylight. The development enhances urban regeneration by encouraging pedestrian and cycling mobility, with squares, green areas, and integrated services that create a dynamic, innovative, and low-environmental-impact urban environment.
