A BOOTH DESIGNED FOR CONNECTION
Today, a trade fair booth is much more than a display space, it’s a place of encounter, where companies connect, host and engage with their audience in a uniquely physical and immediate way. For Densurf our objective was to design a stand that goes beyond function: a space that reflects the brand’s values and identity, striking a balance between its heritage and its vision for the future.
The result is an open, inclusive environment that feels more like a contemporary living room than a conventional exhibition booth. Comfortable, welcoming and joyful, the space invites conversation and interaction. It is a setting where hospitality becomes the core message and the atmosphere encourages informal exchange and shared experiences.
Given that there are no products to display, the layout is conceived as a generous open area - the largest portion of the stand - furnished with cozy sofas, armchairs, plugged-in seating and tables that support both relaxation and discussion. The soft configuration naturally guides visitors into moments of dialogue and connection.
This central lounge is framed by two key architectural elements: on one side, a line of discrete service spaces; on the other, a series of suspended, translucent curtains that serve as both visual boundaries and communicative surfaces. These layered textiles introduce lightness and movement, offering varying degrees of transparency and setting the stage for different levels of branding and storytelling.
The Densurf stand becomes a spatial metaphor: a simple, elegant platform where the act of sharing takes center stage.
