PROGRAM
Kurtköy Modern is a public housing project located near Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, 35 km southeast of Istanbul. The development consists of six residential blocks and a 4-star hotel under which a commercial podium bridges the differences in altitude in the project topography.
In spite of an organic platform, simplicity and modularity are readable in the facade.
